Primitive Camping

We have some very primitive accommodations, but you are also welcome to bring your own tent or tin teepee and stay a night or two.  With every family membership you can stay up to 2 weekends per membership year, more than that you'll have to purchase additional nights for a reasonable fee or bring a member to sign up with the Academy.  Call us or fill out a form on the About link and we'll look forward to seeing you.

Talulah Pines @ Camp Tautona

The Academy is also proud to sponsor Talulah Pines.  With over 10 acres in the heart of the San Bernardino National Forest Talulah Pines is the ideal base of exploration of many exciting natural treasures of Southern California. Its at this location that you could 'rough it' indoors, with running water, hot showers and a kitchen. Also we can offer our guests hiking trails, canoeing at nearby Jenks Lake and other outdoor activities.
